Order process: The quoted prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery. The delivery prices are for delivery within mainlaind UK only. For delivery overseas please contact me prior to ordering for postage costs, which will be charged in addition to the listed prices. I strive to deliver your order as rapidly as possible, but given that all requests are produced to order please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Payment: For your security and peace of mind, the easiest way to pay is by credit or debit card using PayPal. It is not necessary to open a PayPal account and there are no charges. Payments are processed on the secure PayPal site which automatically encrypts your confidential information. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account you can use the option to transfer the order amount to my account. If you prefer not to pay in this way, please contact me either by phone or via e-mail with details of your order. Orders will be processed upon receipt of cleared payment.
Trade or Commercial Enquiries: I am happy to supply any of the images featured on this website for editorial or advertising use. If you would like to use an image, either for personal or commercial purposes please contact me with details of the intended use and the size of file you need, and I will be happy to discuss your requirements and pricing. Resizing: If you would like to purchase any of the images on this site at alternative sizes, either smaller or larger, or request pricing for framed prints, then please get in touch using the 'Contact Me' page with details of your requirements.
Returns and Refunds Policy: Customer satisfaction is vital to me. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the print you have received, providing the print is returned in its original condition within 14 days, you can either opt for a replacement print or a full refund.
